This was my 2nd visit so my intake form was already done and nothing changed from my last visit so my herbal blend remained the same. My blend contained herbs such as rose petals, lavender, red raspberry leaf, marshmallow root its an ideal blend to help with PMS, menstrual cramps etc.
So the actual experiences consisted of my throne being prepared and made comfortable with towels on the seat. Essential oils wafting in the air from the fragrance diffuser.
